The enhanced after-sales technical support contract is an annual contract that integrates and packages the two existing services of Eagle Brother brothers (annual maintenance evaluation service and standard after-sales technical support service).
Its purpose is to provide customers with a set of measurable solutions that continuously improve the use of the system every year. Through cooperation with the customer team, Eagle Brother can ensure that customers achieve the improvement goals set by the end of each year.
The principle of the enhanced after-sales technical support contract is very simple, that is, within the service life of the contract, the experts of Eagle Brother brothers personally visit the customer site at least once a year and evaluate the use of the system. After the evaluation, skyhawk brothers will deliver specific recommendations and improvement plans to customers, with expected improvement objectives attached. In the next year, skyhawk brothers will remotely assist customers in improving the process and suggest customers to take corresponding actions. Finally, our experts will conduct a new round of evaluation of the project to determine the implementation results of the project and formulate the work plan for the coming year.
In order to better realize the above services, Eagle Brother suggests that the client can provide remote access permission for Eagle Brother rear service team to log in to the system and report within the whole contract period. If necessary, skyhawk brothers can sign a confidentiality agreement with the customer to ensure the safe operation of the customer's data and system, and the customer shall follow the opinions and suggestions put forward by skyhawk brothers as far as possible.
In addition, the enhanced after-sales technical support contract also includes standard after-sales technical support service terms, specifically involving system bug repair, software upgrade, 400 service hotline and end-user support.
The quotation of the service package is now 25% of the total cost of software license without discount (to be verified in the next year), which is far lower than the price of other different services purchased by customers.

From June 18 to 23, the first flying hand training course of Eagle Brother UAV was successfully completed. A six-day training course was held in Guangxi Qinzhou woyi Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. the students basically mastered the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of plant protection UAV.
The training is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical training.
