Product Overview
The tire inner support is a ring-shaped device installed inside the wheel, embracing the rim. It features a three-petal, single-ring design with a dual-bolt connection system. The single-ring body is precisely molded from a specialized high-performance polymer material. Three sets of 12.9-grade high-strength bolts are used to securely join the three individual petals end-to-end. This design is simple, easy to assemble and disassemble, lightweight, and offers excellent resistance to impact as well as outstanding performance in both extreme high- and low-temperature conditions. As a result, it’s perfectly suited for use in a wide range of environments—such as frigid climates, scorching heat, off-road terrain, and even rough, rocky roads.

Principle and Function
Made from specialized engineering plastic through injection molding, this ring-shaped device is designed to be installed on the rim of tubeless tires. Normally, it does not interfere with the wheel's regular operation or affect the vehicle's handling, performance, or safety features. However, if the tire loses air pressure or experiences a blowout, the outer circular surface of the safety device makes contact with the inner sidewall of the tire tread, effectively supporting the wheel's load. Under the rolling and thrust forces exerted by the wheel, the safety device rotates relative to the rim, creating a differential motion that compensates for the varying circumference on the blown-out side. This mechanism promptly reduces the sudden surge in resistance caused by the loss of tire pressure, helping to prevent the vehicle from skidding, spinning out, or even overturning—scenarios that could lead to catastrophic traffic accidents resulting in loss of control, rollovers, or other deadly outcomes. As a result, the car remains safely controllable, allowing it to continue moving forward for a limited distance.
