Product Introduction
The safety device does not interfere with the normal operation of the wheel under everyday conditions, nor does it affect the vehicle's handling or safety performance. When a tire blows out or loses air pressure, the safety device—whose outer diameter is larger than the wheel rim’s outer diameter—comes into contact with the inner wall of the tire, effectively supporting the wheel’s load. This helps minimize changes in the wheel’s radius and, under the rolling thrust of the wheel, overcomes the locking force that secures the device in place. As a result, relative rotation occurs between the safety device, the wheel rim, and the tire, creating a differential motion that compensates for the altered circumference on the side with the flat tire. This mechanism promptly reduces the sudden increase in rolling resistance caused by the loss of tire pressure, effectively preventing the vehicle from skidding, spinning out, or even overturning due to an uncontrolled tire blowout. Instead, it allows the car to maintain controlled movement for a limited distance, giving the driver critical time to regain control and safely navigate the road ahead.

Principle and Function
When a tire blows out, prevent the tire bead from slipping deep into the wheel rim—this could cause the tire to detach entirely, leading to loss of vehicle control as the rim comes into contact with the ground. Instead, the tire's inherent thickness and resilience create a rubber cushion between the rim and the road surface, minimizing changes in the effective rolling radius. This effectively reduces the risk of skidding, spinning, or even rollovers that often result from losing control after a tire bursts, allowing the vehicle to remain partially manageable and continue moving safely for a short distance.
